July was the busiest month for sales in the Vancouver Region so far in 2025—a case with little historical precedent. Sales reached 3,390 units, climbing 2.0% month-over-month when they typically decline. Since 2005, this has only happened twice: in 2013 (that year's peak) and 2020 (pandemic-delayed peak).
